- We create a dedicated, isolated AskHRBot tenant for your organization, accessible at a company-specific URL such as https://companyname.askhrbot.com.
- This tenant is private to your organization and will be used by your employees to ask HR questions. No data is shared across customers.

Upload your HR policies and handbook (Days 1–3)
You share your employee handbook, HR policies, and internal guidelines with us. These documents form the primary source used to answer employee questions.

Prepare and validate the bot for employee use (Days 4–9)
- During this phase, we prepare and configure your AskHRBot tenant for employee use by working directly with your uploaded policies.
- This includes validating policy coverage, improving readiness for common employee questions, and ensuring the bot is ready for real employee usage.

Go live for employees (Days 10–14)
- Once ready, AskHRBot is opened for employee access at your company-specific URL.
- Employees can immediately start self-serving HR questions through the chat interface and receive consistent, policy-governed answers.

Announce, manage access, and gain insights (Post-launch)
- After launch, admins can manage employee access while employees continue to self-serve HR questions.
- Over time, AskHRBot provides visibility into common employee questions and usage patterns, helping teams identify policy gaps and areas for improvement.
